As far back as Danah could remember she had always wanted to be a singer.Danah was always performingon stage or in everyday life. Danah's teenage years were filled with modeling and acting auditions. She landed a couple; her most recent acting role was the lead in a movie called, "Secrets." But her passion for music would not go away. Danah dreams music. She wakes up with lyrics in her head. She started to write about love, life, abuse, sex and pain. Danah feels that when a person is naked they are exposed. That's when they are most venerable, which leads to the title of the album, "Skin." When you listen to the songs on the album, the lyrics are deep and very personal to her, and those close to her. Danah takes vocal lessons to keep her voice strong and conditioned. She also likes to kick box, take yoga, workout, and loves to dance! All of these activities have kept her centered and prepared for performances. Some of the artists that have had an influence on Danah are Tori Amos, Sara Mcloclaghn, Mariah Carey, Stevie Nicks, Madonna, Gwen Stafani, Reina and Kiely Minouge. Danah's album was written and produced by Andrew Henriques at Studio A. in New York. Andrew is an accomplished film maker and photographer.

Danah wants to share her happiness, joy, pain and sorrow through song. She wants others to be able to relate to her- to feel something when they listen to her lyrics and know that they're not alone. Ultimately she wants to make others happy. If there is one thing she has learned in this twisted world we live in is: Life is truly what you make it.
